Strategic Planning & Recruitment

OMD can help you create your strategic plan, identify key institutional partners and collaborators, and delineate roles for each.

Co-created Program Design

We will work with you to determine the right program for your institutions’ goals, including target student populations, duration of interventions, career pathway integrations, and paths to scale.

Training & Technical Assistance

OMD will lead training, preparing key administrators and staff to implement the program model and provide supporting programmatic infrastructure.  

Program Implementation & Evaluation

Just as we’ve done with our own direct service model, OMD will ensure fidelity to our evidence-based model and rigorously assess impact.

Learn more about how our program is a national model for scalable student support services.

We’ve pursued rigorous external research and evaluation of our program. To evaluate our impact, we embarked on a randomized control trial (RCT) study with the University of Chicago’s Inclusive Economy Lab in 2017, finding that OMD scholars are 73% more likely to earn a degree and 94% more likely to persist from the fall to spring semesters.
